At Outfit Canvas, we value your privacy and give you control over your data. According to the Facebook Platform rules, we have to provide User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL. If you want to delete your activities for the Outfit Canvas App, you can do so by following the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you have an account with us or have used our services via social login (Facebook, Google, Apple) and wish to delete your data, please follow these steps:

Compose an Email

Send an email to our support team at support@outfitcanvas.com.

Subject Line

Please use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

Include Details

In the body of the email, please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Which social provider you used (if applicable, e.g., Facebook)

What Happens Next?

  • Our team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
  • We will verify your identity to ensure the security of your account.
  • Once verified, we will permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers within 30 days.
  • You will receive a final confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Remove App via Facebook Settings

Alternatively, if you signed in via Facebook, you can remove our app's access to your data through your Facebook settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook Account's "Settings & Privacy". Click "Settings".
  2. Scroll down and click "Apps and Websites".
  3. Find "Outfit Canvas" in the list.
  4. Click "Remove".
  5. Select the option to delete posts, videos or events Outfit Canvas posted on your timeline.
  6. Click "Remove" again to confirm.
